Pilates-Yin Fusion

Join me for a nourishing one-hour movement journey that harmoniously blends the precision of classical Pilates with the deep release of restorative Yin Yoga. This thoughtfully curated practice is designed to help you build strength, improve posture, and reconnect with your body—while also slowing the nervous system and inviting deep relaxation.

We’ll begin with 30 minutes of classical Pilates, focusing on controlled, intentional movement to strengthen the core, support spinal alignment, and enhance functional mobility. Expect mindful breath, smooth transitions, and exercises that leave you feeling energized, stable, and empowered.

The second half of the class transitions into 30 minutes of restorative Yin, where you’ll be guided into long-held, supported poses using props to encourage gentle opening of the connective tissues. This portion of the practice emphasizes stillness, breath awareness, and nervous system regulation—allowing the body to soften and the mind to unwind.

This balanced experience is ideal for anyone seeking both strength and surrender, movement and rest. No prior Pilates or Yin experience is necessary—just an openness to explore how effort and ease can coexist.
