You’ll be guided through a gentle, nourishing yoga practice designed to support each dosha:
Vata: slow, grounding movements to calm the nervous system
Pitta: cooling, soothing shapes to release tension and soften intensity
Kapha: light, uplifting flows to gently energize and awaken the body
Along the way, you’ll learn how to recognize your dominant dosha(s) and simple ways to bring balance on and off the mat. This workshop is ideal if you’re curious about Ayurveda, seeking a more personalized yoga experience, or craving mindful movement that supports seasonal and individual needs.
