Nurture Yourself in Nature

In times of high stress or anxiety – turn to nature to be your guide to soothe your soul and to nurture and heal yourself. Take a blanket and lay out beneath the stars at night. Immerse yourself in a deep forest of trees and take in a fresh breath. Take a hike up a mountain and let the stillness calm you when you arrive at the peak. Pick fresh flowers from a meadow. Sit and gaze at the vast ocean in front of you. Nature has a way of allowing the mind to rest and feel at ease. Connecting to nature is one of the simplest ways to nurture yourself. Whenever you feel lost – let nature nurture you back to the feeling of being grounded, centered, and at peace on earth.
