If your intention is contentment, see the field filled with everything you need—abundance, love, connection. Picture yourself walking through it, feeling completely satisfied and at home within yourself.
Affirmation and Commitment
Now, place your hand over your heart. Silently or aloud, repeat this affirmation:
“I step into this new year with intention. I welcome [happiness/peace/contentment] into my life. I trust the journey ahead.”
